About Will

Law Clerk

Will is a 2023 graduate of Presbyterian College with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Psychology. Currently a J.D. candidate at the LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center, Will serves as the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Energy Law and Resources Volume XV, where his legal scholarship on Louisiana’s evolving electric vehicle infrastructure was recently selected for publication.

Will was a finalist in the Tullis Moot Court Competition, successfully arguing before the Louisiana First Circuit Court of Appeal, and a semifinalist in the Dean’s Cup Moot Court Competition, where he successfully argued before the United States District Court Middle District of Louisiana.
