About Daniel “Hicks” Beach

Law Clerk

Hicks is from Lexington, South Carolina. He graduated from Clemson University where he was an honor graduate majoring in Political Science and minoring in History. Hicks attends the Joseph F. Rice School of Law at the University of South Carolina and is projected to graduate in May of 2025. Before joining the Law Firm of Ashby Jones and Associates LLC as a law clerk, he clerked for the Honorable Charles F. Reid, Clerk of the South Carolina House of Representatives, and for the Judiciary Committee of the South Carolina House of Representatives.
